This wine could have been made in heaven, just like its partnership – linguini with this wine. Sublime wine full with floral, smokey, and creamy notes perfect for creamy dishes. Apricots linger on the tongue, followed by creaminess and a long aftertaste. I could enjoy this wine just like that, although it is a wine for food. If not linguini, I would eat it with a freshly baked baguette and butter. Simple and perfectly balanced in every way.
