Pouilly-Fumé Mademoiselle de “T” du Château de Tracy

A long time ago in the 16th century, Scottish blood mixed with French. Today, the owners of Château de Tracy are descendants of this marriage and produce wine north of the center of Pouilly-Fumé. The wine is made from estate-grown grapes only, presenting a well-balanced, fresh yet very ripe wine with apricot, pear, and citrus notes - a sauvignon blanc I would drink.
