Lunch or not to lunch

I have this habit of not eating lunch. That sometimes scares people, even doctors. Surprising, but I just don't. I eat a hearty breakfast and a very good dinner. For years I have lived like this and feel great. I still feel great, but people keep saying that this is not good. I was wondering if that is true. Here are my thoughts on that
