Eleven People

You know that feeling when you take a sweater, and it has that very fragile but existent scent you love so much? A feeling so easily achievable yet so little used.

I have been using scented wax in my closet for years, but honestly, I was bored of using the same brand and aroma for eight years, no matter how good. I wished for a change in my closet. Something more than just a simple note of lavender or rose. Something that would have much more personality and aromas so dear to me. And that was yet to be found when, even without looking, I stumbled on these fantastic soy wax bars hidden in a box under the name Eleven People.

With 11 scents to choose from, I was stuck. It was easy with a few of them very far from my liking, but then several spoke to me, begging to be taken home. Sadly to them, I just needed one, and one by one, I picked up the boxes, opened them to smell and read the notes on the side of the box.

1958, Febrero, Mia, Genovy, 28004, Mosco, etc. I had no idea what the words stood for, but I liked many of them, and only the moment I chose one, 1958, I discovered that one side of the box briefly explained the notes in the wax bar. The words cardamom, oud (tree resin), and coffee were about me, making it obvious why I had chosen that package, leaving such aromas as vanilla, sandal, and musk, lavender, Palo Santo and saffron, rose, geranium, and verbena at the shop for my return sometime soon. Sooner than I would need, most probably.
