Strawberry cucumber drink

Although you can use plain ice and strawberries, I like to use strawberries frozen in ice, because it just makes the cocktail that much more interesting and beautiful. And the taste of cucumber, mint and strawberry fits so well together.

Ingredients

100 - 150 g strawberries
water for ice
handful of mint
750 ml Belvoir cucumber & mint press

Prepare

Cut strawberries into pieces that fit the ice cube tray. Put the strawberries int and pour the water over. Freeze.

Use approximately 400 ml glasses. When the strawberry ice is ready, fill the glasses with regular and strawberry ice alternating between the two. Add peppermint on one side. Pour over the lemonade and serve.
