Raw chocolate desserts

So simple and without sin, you could say (even though there is some fat in this tart). But no sugar, no flour, no milk products. Fresh and filling. I can’t stop eating this – impossible.

Ingredients

base:
170 g Medjool dates, pitted
70 g almonds
70 g hazelnuts
pinch of sea salt

filling:
400 g avocado, peeled, pitted
150 - 180 g Medjool or other soft dates, pitted *depends how sweet you want it to be)
60 g cacao powder
pinch of sea salt
1 vanilla bean, seeds only
150 g coconut milk solids


Prepare

Prepare 8 glasses or jars. 

For the base, place the nuts and salt in a food processor or blender and process until they are finely blended. Add dates and process until a sandy dough-like substance forms. Place into the serving jars or glasses.

In a blender, place all the ingredients for the filling and process on high speed until you get a smooth, silky cream. Pour on the base and refrigerate for at least 3 h. Decorate before serving with whatever is in season. Serve.
