Baked strawberry dessert
600 g strawberries (the ones that are more sourish than sweet)
20 g light muscovado sugar
pinch of sea salt
pinch of vanilla powder
4 cardamom pods, seeds crushed
cream:
200 g crème fraîche pasteurisée épaisse
pinch of vanilla powder
Heat the oven to 190°. Place strawberries in a a ceramic pan, sprinkle with sugar, salt, cardamom and add vanilla. When the oven is hot, put in the pan and bake for 20 minutes or until ready. Take out and leave to cool a bit.
In the meantime, mix creme fraiche and vanilla and leave to infuse.
When ready to eat, serve berries with cream and share.
