Because in food I trust. In all forms and shapes.

Bibbiona, with its tiny roads, even tinier streets, and yellowish buildings, is the local gourmet stop for anyone who prays for good pizza or a fantastic restaurant experience. Be it pizza at L’Orto Etrusco (Via delle Mura 37) or Io Cuccino (Piazza Mazzin 3/4)  by chef Gionata D'Alessi, they both are Tuscan pearls. At L'Orto Etursco, be ready to get up and sit down and get up and sit down more than just once, since after ordering, you do the work –bringing drinks and pizzas and, thank God, eating too. At Io Cucino – just sit down, order a glass of their fantastic Franciacorta, followed by any wine (Gionata has the best taste), and be sure to order prosciutti (that means salami, lardo, prosciutto and more) just with the OT selection of meats. Honestly, that would be all you need that day, but you’ll not stop as there is so much more to have. All local, all seasonal, all made by the chef himself.
