A Change of Appetite by Diana Henry

Some books I buy if I have been to the place, some because they just pop up somewhere, suggested by someone, and some because of the cover. This was because of the cover. The beauty of squeezed blood oranges, something you don't see on the covers of cookbooks – that's what took me. The book, as it says on the cover, is where healthy meets delicious – and that is true. Presented in rustic-style pictures, the dishes just scream out to make them. The recipes are simple to understand and make. Japanese beef with country style ponzu and wasabi, cucumber and yogurt soup, Persian salad with gooseberries, and almond and spelt cake are just some of the tempting names.
