J.P. Secondé Cuvée Rosé Brut

A sip of this rosé between bites of a ham, cheese and mustard sandwich is all that one could dream of. At least in our family. This beautifully mastered wine is a labour of love by Jocelyne and Jean-Pierre Seconde. They have been making wines solely from their grapes in the Grand Cru vineyards in Sillery to Verzenay and Mailly in La Montagne de Reims: 10% Pinot noir and 10% Chardonnay make the palate sparkle with light bubbles, hints of summer berries, orange blossoms, and a touch of very ripe cherries. Ideal with Croque, as an apéritif and with products from the deep waters of the sea.

Serve with Croque monsieur
