Pouilly Fuisse Clos Marie

I haven’t  read the history of the house as I take one sip after another. I wonder what makes it so personal to me – later I blame the old vineyards. Only 6ha, but age plays a tremendous role in making this wine very special. It is a story in which age, soil, knowledge, and winemaker meet. It is the respect that is put into every bottle produced in the south of Burgundy, in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé, that allows us to feel the pleasure of subtlety, honey and almonds, fruit and excellent minerality. Superb. Classic. Beautiful.
